Я честно говоря никогда не понимал такого увлечения этими опросами. Какой смысл в опросах, если скоро узнаешь результаты выборов? Ну понятно, что опросы нужны кандидатам, чтобы как-то лучше распределять ресурсы, и.т.п. А обычному человеку они зачем?
Знаменитая цитата Ханны Арендт про то, откуда вырастают диктатуры:

В этом опасность вранья с высоких трибун: правда объединяет людей, а ложь разобщает. Сознательно или инстинктивно, но все диктаторы или желающие быть диктаторами эту простую идею усваивают.
